Job Summary:

SDGM CORP is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and negotiation skills. This role involves both phone and chat interactions, providing a dynamic and fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

? Sales & Lead Generation:

Identify and engage with potential customers through phone and chat channels.

Promote SDGM CORP’s products and services, highlighting their benefits and value.

Qualify leads, assess customer needs, and offer tailored solutions.

? Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly.

Follow up with potential and existing customers to encourage repeat business.

? Closing & Negotiation:

Effectively present pricing, terms, and service agreements.

Handle objections and negotiate to close sales successfully.

Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets.

? Record-Keeping & Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in the CRM system.

Prepare and submit sales reports, including pipeline updates and performance metrics.

Provide feedback to the sales team and management on customer preferences and market trends.

? Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to optimize sales strategies.

Participate in ongoing sales training and skill development programs.

Stay informed about SDGM CORP’s products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.

Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.

Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
